Makhana is naturally gluten-free. Our seasoning is also gluten free. However, the manufacturing facility also handles wheat so please be aware if there are any allergies.
Yes, all flavours are completely vegetarian.
We have 3 dairy-free flavours that are also vegan. The Cream n Onion flavour contains dairy.
